Rafters Responsibility

When choosing a river raft trip for you and your group, be realistic about everyone’s abilities. Please be sure to ask questions, and if others in your party have questions, please have them call a reservations specialist (877-747-7238) so that we may answer their questions directly.

You participate in rafting and related activities at your own risk, and we ask that you choose a trip within you and your groups personal limits. Anyone within your group with any medical conditions, physical limitations, is seriously overweight, PREGNANT or presumed to be pregnant should consult a physician prior to any river trip. All participants are required to sign a release and indemnity agreement and acknowledgement and assumption of risk form. Any participant under the age of 18 must have a form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
