Bald eagles perched on gnarled tree branches overlooking the Colorado River. Tall canyon walls reflecting shimmer of the river’s current. Trout jumping in front of your raft. The nearby wild and scenic Upper Colorado River is perfect for families young and old wanting a fun, guided raft trip.

With fun Class II rapids, the rafting on this stretch offers some whitewater mixed with scenic river beauty – a perfect, relaxing way to take in the wild west landscape. And don’t forget your bathing suit, because natural hot springs greet rafters midway through our half- and full-day trips.

Looking for a mild float trip with easy access from Steamboat, Kremmling or Winter Park? Our Colorado River Outpost is a scenic meandering drive from these nearby towns, as well as from Summit County and Vail’s ski resort towns.

If you’re looking for more things to do in and around the area, look at our Saddle Paddle horseback ride-family rafting combo with our partners at Rusty Spurr Ranch. From picnics in the woods with your horses followed by an afternoon of Colorado rafting to cattle drives and lodging in dude ranch Colorado country, KODI Rafting and the Rusty Spurr Ranch will make your family vacation truly memorable.
